We are not loyal to a party. We are accountable to our community.

Vote Win / Votamos Ganamos was founded because too many decisions are made without the people most affected in the room.
Across Central Washington, Hispanic communities are often asked for votes but not always offered access. Families are expected to navigate public systems without clear information, translation, flexible meeting times, or meaningful outreach. Young voters are told their voices matter, but are rarely given the tools to use them. Parents, workers, students, and immigrants are affected by decisions they were never invited to shape.
We believe that has to change.
We were created to help our community move from being contacted during election season to being heard year-round.
We are here to listen, educate, organize, and advocate, not for what outsiders assume our community needs, but for what our community tells us matters.

What We Believe
Decisions about us should never happen without us.
Our communities deserve to be included before decisions are made, not informed after the fact.Language access is civic access.
If a meeting, form, ballot resource, or public process is not understandable, it is not truly accessible.Young people already have power.
Students and young voters should not have to wait until later to understand the systems shaping their lives.Education comes before mobilization.
We do not tell people what to think. We help people get the information they need to make decisions for themselves.Accountability matters more than party loyalty.
We are not here to protect politicians, parties, or institutions. We are here to advocate for our community.Listening is part of the work.
Our priorities should come from real community concerns, not assumptions or empty promises. -
Vote Win / Votamos Ganamos serves Hispanic and working-class communities across Central Washington, with a focus on communities that have been historically ignored, underrepresented, or excluded from civic decision-making.
We work with:
Hispanic families
Young voters and first-time voters
High school students
Immigrant communities
Working families
Parents and caregivers
Community members facing language barriers
People who want to get involved but do not know where to start
We are based in Wenatchee and are beginning our work in Chelan and Douglas Counties, with plans to expand into Okanogan, Grant, and Yakima Counties.

Vote Win / Votamos Ganamos is not built around blind party loyalty. We are built around community needs.
We believe Hispanic voters deserve clear information, honest conversations, and leaders who earn trust through action. Our role is to help people understand the issues, know who represents them, and make informed decisions based on what matters most to their lives.
When we evaluate leaders, policies, or public decisions, we ask:
Does this serve our community?
Does this expand access?
Does this respect our families?
Does this make people safer, more informed, and more powerful?
We are not loyal to a party; We are accountable to our community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to build Hispanic civic power through education, advocacy, voter engagement, and community organizing.
We help community members understand their rights, register to vote, learn who represents them, access civic information in English and Spanish, and take action on the issues that matter most to their families, schools, jobs, neighborhoods, and future.
Our Vision
We imagine a Central Washington where Hispanic families, workers, students, immigrants, parents, and young voters are not treated as an afterthought.
We envision communities where public meetings are accessible, interpretation is available, young people understand their power, families know who represents them, and elected officials are expected to listen before making decisions.
Our vision is not just more voters.
Our vision is more power in the hands of the people most affected.
