Vote Win / Votamos Ganamos was founded because too many decisions are made without the people most affected in the room.

Across Central Washington, minority communities are often asked for votes but not always offered access. Families are expected to navigate public systems without clear information, translation, or flexible meeting times. Young voters are told their voices matter, but are rarely given the tools to use them.

We believe that has to change.

We were created to help our community move from being contacted during election season to being heard year-round.

We are here to listen, educate, and advocate, not for what outsiders assume our community needs, but for what our community tells us matters.

What We Believe

Decisions about us should never happen without us.
Our communities deserve to be included before decisions are made, not informed after the fact.

Language access is civic access.
If a meeting, form, ballot resource, or public process is not understandable, it is not truly accessible.

Young people already have power.
Students and young voters should not have to wait until later to understand the systems shaping their lives.

Education comes before mobilization.
We do not tell people what to think. We help people get the information they need to make decisions for themselves.

Accountability matters more than party loyalty.
We are not here to protect politicians, parties, or institutions.

Listening is part of the work.
Our priorities will always come from real community concerns.

Vote Win / Votamos Ganamos serves BIPOC and working-class communities across Central Washington, with a focus on historically ignored, underrepresented, or excluded communities from civic decision-making.

We work with:

• Hispanic families

• Young voters and first-time voters

• High school students

• Immigrant communities

• Working families

• Parents and caregivers

• People who want to get involved but do not know where to start

We are based in Wenatchee and are beginning our work in Chelan and Douglas Counties, with plans to expand into Okanogan, Grant, and Yakima Counties.

Vote Win / Votamos Ganamos is not built around blind party loyalty. We are built around community needs.

We believe BIPOC voters deserve clear information, honest conversations, and leaders who earn trust through action. Our role is to help people understand the issues, know who represents them, and make informed decisions based on what matters most to their lives.

When we evaluate leaders, policies, or public decisions, we ask:

• Does this serve our community?

• Does this expand access?

• Does this respect our families?

• Does this make people safer, more informed, and more powerful?
